CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT

60. PROCEDURE

This Constitution may be amended at any meeting by a two-thirds vote of the entire Federated Council provided the amendment was proposed at the previous meeting.

61. PROCEDURE (CENTRAL SECTION)

The Central Section Constitution may be amended at any meeting by two-thirds vote of the Board of Managers provided the amendment was proposed at the previous meeting.
