  The figures listed DO NOT include the cost of officials (except track) or for extra security.  The Commissioners prior to any event being hosted must approve any requests for additional expenses.  NO OTHER EXPENSES MAY BE DEDUCTED.  Schools may pay more than these amounts, but the additional expenses must come from their own share of the receipts after the split.
