CIF CENTRAL SECTION

FOUNDATION GAMES CONTRACT

  This contract is between ___________________________and __________________________ high schools for a CIF Central Section FOUNDATION_______________________________ contest on _______________         (volleyball/basketball)

  It is agreed that is a two-year agreement and each school will host one contest.  It is for VARSITY ONLY.

  The first game will be hosted by _______________________.  Year two the game will be hosted by ________________________.

FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS

                A.                Admission            $4.00 Adults                    $3.00 Students with HS ASB Cards

                                                                $3.00 Seniors 65+

                B.                  CIF PASSES ONLY (NO league or booster passes for this event)

               C.                  HOST SCHOOL KEEPS 50% OF THE NET PROCEEDS

               D.                  HOST SCHOOLS KEEPS ALL CONCESSION AND PROGRAM RECEIPTS

               E.                   HOST SCHOOL SEND 50% OF NET PROCEEDS TO THE CENTRAL SECTION SCHOLARSHIP FUND

               F.                   HOST SCHOOL WILL PAY FOR OFFICIALS (IF CHARGED)

               G.                  HOST SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE TICKET SELLERS AND TAKERS, SCOREBOOK AND OTHER NEEDED                    SCORING TABLE PERSONNEL AT NO CHARGE.

  All contests will be played under the rules and regulation of the California Interscholastic Federation and the Central Section of which the contracting schools are members.

  ALL contracts must be signed by the Principal and Athletic Administrator of both schools.
